You must be 21 or older (or the legal minimum age where you live) to use this site. If you want to contact Offshore Sportsbooks, this page explains what we can help with, what to include in a message, and who to contact when your question is really about a sportsbook account.

We are an independent comparison site. We review offshore sportsbooks that accept US players, but we do not run any of them. That shapes who can answer which question.

What you can contact us about

  • Corrections: an offer, rollover figure, payment method or other detail on our pages looks out of date or wrong.
  • Methodology questions: how we rate odds, market coverage, bonuses, payout speed, banking and trustworthiness. Our approach is described on the About Us page.
  • Reader experiences: you had a good or bad experience with a sportsbook we cover, such as a delayed payout or a bonus dispute. We treat these as tips to investigate, not as verified facts.
  • Feedback and suggestions: pages or topics you would like covered.
  • Privacy and site terms: see our Terms and Conditions first.

What we can't help with

We cannot see or change your account at any sportsbook. That includes:

  • Releasing a withdrawal or speeding up a payout
  • Reversing a bonus, removing a rollover requirement or settling a bet dispute
  • Resetting passwords or completing identity verification
  • Recovering funds, or acting as your advocate against an operator

For these, use the sportsbook's own support channels. Keep screenshots of your bets, balance, bonus terms and any chat or email history. Be aware that offshore sportsbooks sit outside US state regulation. No state gaming commission or board is likely to accept a complaint about them, and protections such as segregated funds or formal dispute resolution should not be assumed.

Before you write to us

  1. Check the page you are reading for its last-updated date. Offers change often, and the terms on the sportsbook's own site are the ones that apply.
  2. Tell us the page, the sportsbook and the detail you think is wrong.
  3. Include a link or screenshot of the source, such as the current promotions page.
  4. Leave out passwords, full card numbers, wallet seed phrases and government ID numbers. We will never ask for them.

What to expect from us

We read messages about accuracy and will check reported changes against the sportsbook's published terms. We cannot promise a reply time or a reply to every message. Commission from sportsbook partners does not buy ranking position, and we will not change a rating because an operator or a reader asks.

We don't give personalized betting advice, picks, or legal or tax advice. Laws on offshore betting vary by state and are a legal grey area for US bettors. Check your own state's rules and consult a qualified professional for legal or tax questions.

Beware of impersonators

  • We will not ask you to deposit money, send crypto or share account logins.
  • We do not run sportsbook accounts or hold player funds.
  • Be skeptical of anyone claiming to represent us who offers guaranteed picks, "locks" or bonus access.

If betting is causing you problems

Betting always carries a risk of losing money, and offshore sportsbooks add the risk of delayed or refused payment. Only bet what you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and never bet to escape stress or money worries. Offshore sportsbooks may lack the deposit limits and self-exclusion tools that regulated US operators must offer.
